• Check the status and details of reported incidents related to purchased products and services from GBM.
• Contact the designated individual responsible for resolving a reported incident.
• Scan, search, and access information regarding hardware products purchased from GBM.
• View details about the associated corporate account.
• Access and review personal profile information.
